
hollowback:
1. Step out with either leg, lean down onto the right leg, place right hand down in front. If you are left handed, do everything the same exept do it on the left side.
2. Place other hand down, and lift legs.
3. Get ready for the hollowback. Slowly bring down arms so they make a rectangle, push out chest, and slightly, and slowly, push legs forward. Try holding this position.
Tips
* Remember to have a good handstand!
* You will do a front flip on hands if you do everything fast!
Pike:
Start like you would in a cartwheel and instead of rolling all the way over you going to try to bring your (if you balancing on your right hand) bring your right leg to your left hand and touch, as you do it more you'll get a feels for how your supposed to do it to hold it longer and such but that how you start it and your other leg will just kinda fall into the right place
